The ideal candidate will have experience and enjoy working in a kitchen environment. This individual must have attention to detail and have the ability to work with little supervision but still accomplish the baking goals.
The duties include baking, cleaning, basic daily equipment maintenance, and quality control.
The baker must achieve all the food safety standards on his or her shift.
The baker also receives regular tips over and above his or her hourly pay rate.
